Community Roots Housing and Africatown Community Land Trust invite you to join us at an application workshop event where you can learn more about Africatown Plaza and get assistance completing your rental application!
Construction is nearly complete at Africatown Plaza, and we anticipate move ins will begin in early 2024. This is your chance to complete a full rental application, side-by-side with a leasing specialist who can answer your questions. Staff will also be available to give an overview and explanation of the eligibility criteria​.
