ELIGIBILITY
Africatown Plaza was designed to address affordability, displacement, and gentrification in the Central District. The apartment homes have income maximums related to the number of people in the household. Residents will be required to have monthly income that is twice the monthly rent or a voucher to cover the difference.

During the application process, you will be asked to share all sources of income for each household member, which leasing staff will then verify. Learn more about eligibility and screening criteria here.
